The Magna Carta, which was signed on this day back in 1215, is one of the first documents to state the principle that people in positions of power are not above the law. Reluctantly signed by King John, it declared that everyone has a right to justice. Over 800 years later, it seems the 'powers that be' are still struggling to uphold this ideal! Still, as wise Jupiter links with the Cosmic Teacher, Saturn, individual acts of compassion and consideration will have a greater effect than we think.
